OOPS, she presented the wrong papers. Maybe they should have just executed her right then and there. Let the family clean up the mess.

The fact that she was found guilty for resisting under these circumstances seems rediculous, it should have been the cops guilty of wrongfull arrest. You would at least think that any decent judge should have thrown it out. Nice Justice.

Man if that is all true it is horrific. I however have never had a bad experience with the police. Actually on one occasion a waterpipe busted in my house at around 3 in the morning and plumbers being the bastards that they are refused to come out...we called the police and they actually fixed it for us and were very friendly.

unfortunately Ohio is full of shitty police officers, sherriff`s deputies and highway patrolmen, anyone who`s driven through the state can tell you that. i hope there are some deputies fired over this s we can start to weed out the losers. and if the sherriff`s office DID have evidence to back up their actions it would have been brought to the public`s attention without delay.
