The first 10 seconds made me want to vomit. Credits are in sidebar, wow, I didn`t know Tito Ortiz and Frank Shamrock made this video. More to them than meets the eye!

awesome video. Don`t take any crap about the music. classical will ALWAYS be good music, whether it`s the taste of the times or not doesn`t change that. 5/5 for subject matter and music, if only the religeous sheep could step out of their fog.

Very well put together. i wonder what the woman at the start considers "Science" well i suppose rubbing 2 sticks together to create fire could have been classed as Science.

The music in not "classical". The piece is called "Toccata" and was written in the 80s by John Williams. It was originaly played by a band he was with called Sky. This was a voilin remake. The original is so much better. It sounds awsome played on an eletric guitar, one of the best pieces of music played on an electric guitar.

WOW

5/5!
Great music!
WHOA.. numbers, pictures and these things I like to call charts and graphs. But the most stunning part of this video was the editors ability to actually research before he put together this video. He obviously knows that all scientists that made this all possible, ARE ALL ATHEIST... The fact that the scientists claim to believe in God is a CONSPIRACY BY THE GOVERNMENT! (LOL Bush, YOu CANT FOOL ME! AMERIKA!!)

Sense we know that all actual smart contributing scientists are all atheists. Here is a list of scientists who believed in God. This is proof that if a scientist believes in God he can contribute nothing but biblical bullshit right????????????????

Nicholas Copernicus (1473-1543)
Sir Francis Bacon (1561-1627)
Johannes Kepler (1571-1630)
Galileo Galilei (1564-1642)
Rene Descartes (1596-1650)
Isaac Newton (1642-1727)
Robert Boyle (1791-1867)
Michael Faraday (1791-1867)
Gregor Mendel (1822-1884)
William Thomson Kelvin (1824-1907)
Max Planck (1858-1947)
Albert Einstein (1879-1955)

Lastly,

I love the professionalism of the editor, he was so kind to INCLUDE citation to the creationism so we can go see cut snippets of a message instead of the whole message which was so obviously presented here.

Thank-you for your ability to give EQUAL amounts of time to each side to present their views. I mean the whole 30 seconds for creationism was by far to MUCH. The the 3 minutes given to atheism was far to LITTLE.

To conclude I am pleased to see an atheist has the ability to COMPREHEND that the idea of God is to say that all these scientific things that we are discovering were also created by God. It`s a good thing that this editor DID try to inform the audience that in a way God and science go hand in hand. The only difference is that people that believe in a God just believe that all of the things we know and all of what we do not know was created by a immortal all knowing entity and not from complete randomness and blackness / chaos.

Internet enlightenment at it`s BEST!!!!

Wrong, he may have written this `remix` but the original is Tocatta and Fugue in D minor by Johann Sebastian Bach.

This version of the song is by Vanessa Mae, a very talented violinist.

My impression is that thunderf00t (or whoever put this together) saw a clip of that lady, got pissed off and put this together to make her look stupid. Which she is.

@Euthphyro

The ONLY credit I can give you about what you said is that you are correct by saying the video is biased, and does not present a "Proper" argument.

Of course that`s not the point of the video, and it really doesn`t need to do any of that. Because it`s arguing against religion which is ALSO by its very nature not a "proper" argument.

A proper arguments must include a claim, backed by evidence with ample room for opposition. Religion has plenty of claims, but the only evidence provided is what`s known as a logical fallacy called "begging the questions" which is to try and prove something true by citing that it SAYS that it`s true, and therefore cannot be false. And, poof, you have a logical fallacy.

There is no room for opposition, because for religion to allow that it MAY be incorrect simply undermines the entire foundation of religion and the rest crumbles in on itself. Religion must be completely right, or else it is meaningless. This is not something that science suffers from.

The men you listed were not atheists exactly, but they were also not practicing theists either. Most of them were Deists, which is someone who believes that could be a God, but does not accept the context that organized religion places God into. And that God, in all likelihood, cannot truly be recognized or perceived by humans. While it`s technically a belief in God, it`s shares much more with Agnosticism than religion.

You also list men that lived in a world MUCH more dominated by the iron fist of religious organizations than the world today, and therefore open up the possibility that their claims that they were believers was simply to avoid persecution and/or social rejection. This is something that still exists today, but is rapidly eroding.

1. This doesn`t support any claims to whether religion is true or not, and 2. your list in itself tries to imply proof which is being taken out of context. The same thing you accuse this video of doing.

My impressions of your post, is that you do believe in God, and you`re pissed off that somebody went to the extent that they did to make a movie which obviously is at direct odds with your own beliefs.

And just as was depicted in the first 10 seconds of this movie, anger is very often the first emotion experienced by those met with a differing points of view. Fortunately, individuals who are free to think rationally, and not blindly follow an antiquated set of archaic rules, tend to handle these situations much more constructively.

^ Oh boy, where does this look familiar?
So you take my post, take it far out of context. Fill your response with assumptions, and vote me down to discredit my comment.

Sadly, I can not debate anything in your post, because one: your post has nothing but assumptions to respond to (which is a waste of time to argue your opinion) and two: You created a debate on how to debate, which shows your willingness to waste time and do anything but stick to subject.

Lastly, I had no anger, which again you assume I had. My post while containing anger used no hurtful words or phrases except that of ignorant quotes used by stereotypical religion / government bashers.

The lady in the beginning while obviously creating somewhat of a propaganda video, is no more guilty then this video editor. Though he or she on his or her mission to dare I say educate, falls blind eye to their own ignorance and biased views contained in the video which humorlessly and ironically contains a woman`s (same but different viewpoint) biased views for which he or she (the editor) is attacking.

Pathetic eh?

You can have last word, I have wasted enough time here as it stands.
