This is messed up. These people in the video obviously had something wrong with their metabolism. Had little to do with what they ate.

However, is most cases(none of which were here), obesity is something you can avoid with proper diet and more physical activity. Or a good surgeon.

But ripping on these people is just arrogant and not too funny at all.

I`ll tell you what`s wrong with their metabolism. There`s too much food in it.

I`m not making fun, because I don`t think it`s funny. I think it`s depressing as shit, because people like this are over the place, and everybody else would rather either feel sorry for them or make money off them.

But it doesn`t seem like anybody really wants to DO anything about it. For example, slap that pizza out of their fat hands.

^agreed that they should still watch what they eat...as i said that in my first comment...but there is no reason for a person to be that big other then the fact that there is something wrong with them, (physiologically speaking). No matter what that little girls eats, at that age, unless there is something wrong with her body...she shouldn`t be that big. You are definitely wrong in saying that JUST their diet is causing the problem.

I`m not trying to get super "rant-y" on this, but consider that most of the food made and sold (in the "good `ol USofA") has been custom built to make you want more of it.

Every bit of nasty shit that makes up your typical American meal, wants you to be fat and hungry. All the time.

If you quit eating so much of it, you`d eventually need to eat less of it. Hence, STOP FUCKING EATING, FATTY!!

How can I be voted down on my first two posts when they are agreeing with most of you. I am saying that YES I agree with you that in most cases it DOES come down to what you are eating...its all shit. I AGREE! But in these cases fucking FOOD is not the only problem here, and that a slower metabolism is primarily the cause for the EXTREME OBESITY. Yes...rates of obesity are higher then in the past...YES its caused by the terrible food and lack of physical activity. No Shit!

But because I`m saying that these extreme cases in this video are not mainly because of the food...i get voted down on my posts? You people are all too quick to make fun of people then realize the actual truth behind stories. Its not a lack of self control and instant satisfaction...its a physiological problem that these people have to face...and its these people that shouldn`t be made fun of. Its that fat fuck who sits on a coach all day with no physiological problems and stuffs his face with fat food and drinks soda all day that should be getting made fun of.
