will actually taste very different if its stressed when you kill it. (Yes fish also)

Some Chefs in Australia have invested time in showing anglers/fishermen the most appropriate ways of killing fish so it doesnt spoil the fillet.

They use fat stubby spike and puncture it in the head.

So bassically that dish is going to taste different if the fish is killed beforehand..personally I think it`d taste nicer.
