Please note this is for information purposes only, I know the Scientologist will be somewhat upset, but this is clearly due to the suspect nature of this "manual".

I`ve read it.

This one basically says

1 Pat the back of people who`ve donated, and make a big deal of it. Don`t stop doing this.

2 hold meetings to let everyone know what the fund raiser is about and make sure they know why its important

3, 4, 5, 6 advertise the fund raiser

7 stay on course

8 not sure exactly what this one means, the basic idea is if theres someone who, for some reason isn`t "on purpose", find out whats blocking them, instead of focusing on the blocks, re-focus them on the main purpose, which is in this case, bigger buildings with bigger staff (Ideal Organizations)

9 If someone isn`t "winning" (succeeding) in scientology, apply scientology correctly so that they do succeed. If outside factors are interfering (failing at a job, family problems, etc), help them with those too.

10 Handle the fund raiser in a happy/positive/playful manner with full focus and intent.
