I read a few years ago that they got sued for those signs because a little girl went in the wrong bathroom and got embarrassed.

Only in Pensacola would that fly; everywhere else people would ask, "Why the hell was a little girl in a bar?"

It`s a restaurant, too, so families are welcome. The lawsuit was withdrawn when McGuire`s agreed to put a second door in the bathroom with the appropriate Male/Female signs on those doors, like the one in Destin, FL, already had.
