I don`t see how the person throwing a party is responsible for anyone who is at the party. It`s not like he was running a school or childcare where the parents left him responsible. He may be a spolied little dick but I don`t think he should be made out to be the bad guy b/c chances are he wasn`t the one vandalizing his neighbors property. I think the cops just need someone to blame it on. Anyway 20k is pretty expensive and i`ve still only seen as much damage as one broken cop windshield....surely the cops in that car saw who did it and can`t blame the host.

Also I want to clarify the manipulation they say by child porn...They are not even of age yet so they probably had nudies on their cell phones of thier classmates and are instantly pinned as pedophiles by the news.
