It could be real... I have fallen and done some fucked up shit. Some people can actually keep their cool when something like that happens. If it happened to me, I would stop and look at the kid and inform him that I am gunna kick his ass, then I would be like SHIT! I need to get help!

I'd have to say its fake, I'm quite certain he doesn't even throw the scissors. The little camera wiggle when he throws to cover, the impact off screen, also, the contours of the closed scissors would cause a jagged puncture and make it unlikely a pressure seal would occur and the depth of the wound would certainly draw blood. It would have been far more believable if the scissors were open.

scissors like that have blunt ends espeacially when closed lets see you be able to puncture and get them to stick in something by throwing a closed pair of scissors. If this were real the scissors would likely bounce off the skin maybe leaving a small cut. My brother has thrown scissors like that at me a couple of times when I was younger and they never even broke throgh my skin.
