The Japanese know no boundaries. These are the same people who brought us the wonders of tentacle/demon hentai. Some of the best cars, electronics, and video games. Oh and lets not forget about sushi. Fugu anyone? Anyway, this is not surprising at all.

I believe this is from the show Downtown no Gaki no Tsukai ya Arahende!! at least the two people hosting (Matsumoto and Hamada I believe) were from it.
