Japanese Shock Absorbing Gel

"Beta Gel is a soft silicone gel developed by Tokyo-based Geltec Corporation. It is an improvement of Alpha Gel, a shock absorbing Geltec gel that is currently being put to use in products such as shoe soles and the protective lining of portable radio equipment." Here an egg is dropped onto a sheet of Beta Gel from the roof of a 22-metre tall building. Will the egg break?

^mooseman if you fell off a roof with this stuff you`d still die, when you fell the mass behind what hits the mat will be damaged(organs, bones, tissues, etc.). your head would hit, depending on what height there may be no fracture or your skull would cave in and pretty much anything over 6ft your brain hitting your skull would be damaged. i hope i`ve been helpful, have a nice day.
