Perhaps he just walked off because it`s a part of the game that unfortunately happens time to time.. Used to play Basketball in a Jr.League and I was smoked in the face many times.

Anyone who`s taken a Basketball to the face knows the unique pain.. every little bump in the ball you feel in your face!
