Bill cooper is the son of a bitch that advocates groups juch as the club of rome in its research into SYSTEMATIC HUMAN DEPOPULATION by raising the DEATH rate.

He proves the shutting down of the single farmer, pharmasuticals industry, and plain war to depopulare america and the world because we can support ourselves on this planet.. whitch is bullshit since in his book and his lectures he speaks of possible ALIEN technology that can solve these problems without any need for mass cullings of the human race.

This dude is evil make no fuckin bones about it.

It sounds like a poor decision on the cops part to show up as a rowdy gang. They should have properly identified themselves. At least then there wouldn`t have been any confusion as to who was outside waiting for Bill Cooper. He may have given up but who knows.
