Watching this clip and remembering the people I grew up with when I lived in th US during my childhood, I think that the average American is too stupid to understand half of what he is saying.

Ron Paul`s views look amazing, but you have to remember how much lying goes on in politics, and how politicians say whatever they think the people want to hear. In Bush`s campaign he said that nation building is bad, and as quickly as he could he went to war with Iraq and then started nation building. If what Ron Paul says is true, that`s great. He really seems like a nice honest person, but that`s what politicians do their best to seem like. We just have to make sure if he does get elected, he does follow all the things that he says.

Actually Vega....take a look at Ron Pauls voting record through the years. He has been consistently voting down big goverment, inclduding bills that would have raised his annual income. You can find him in snipets of documentaries far before his race for the presidency, where he is fighting the same fight that he is now.

Probably the best all-around promotional vid I`ve seen for the man. He has a real shot, it does seem to be possible now. Tenacious holding of won ground (votes), and his unwavering solid message seem to be long-term tactics that may be working now.

Why is it that pretty much any good movement, idea or notion is bastardized to epic proportions by these young american sheep (think of global warming for example). Time for some critical thinking. This guy isn`t all that. People praise that he`s good and honest. Last time I checked that`s the minimum requirement for a leader. He hasn`t done anything special!

Some of his ideas are just too radical, idealistic and impractical.

Still, he`s better than the other religious christmas loving shit stirrers.
