I don`t know how he kept the egg intact, thats amazing, but breaking the bricks is easy as long as there is a gap between each layer which successively breaks the next, but ya there is the egg so wtf.

^^^ in martial arts, there is hard chi and soft chi, manipulating a certian part in body by foucusing his chi (blood or energy, i cant remember) to his hand. he broke the plates while keeping the eggs intact (soft chi). Martial arts is about relaxing the muscles, not constricting them.
