Rise of the Video Game - Level 4 (Part 2...

Ever since the invention of the computer, man has feared "the machine" and its ability to think. But a computer`s unique computational power has also led to the development of unpredictable, intelligent and malleable games. "God games," like SimCity and Civilization, simulate entire worlds and let players experiment with cause and effect. It goes to show games can be educational and good for development. I mean what better way to see consequences of your actions than in a virtual world?
Like in dungeon keeper, you slap the creatures often, they`ll get angry and desert you. You neglect certain groups of people or areas in your City in SimCity, you`ll get bad rep and start losing money and population.
