Ok now I`ve listened to the commentator several more times. I have decided that he was saying One Minute then immediately saying 60 seconds in order to express the same time frame in two different ways. Please don`t smash my balls too bad. You have to admit, it DID sound like he meant One minute and sixty seconds. Please be gentle with my momentary stupidity. I`m sensitive. And to the commentator that I called a stupid fucker--I`m sorry good sir.

I agree. Early stoppage. After Taisho`s head hit the mat, he immediately covered...he was clearly defending and not out. Love watching Pulver fight and I like his attitude...not too cocky, not overconfident.
