I think the handle is not "in" the neck. Looks like the Knife got the neck only peripheral and only went through some skin and not the entire neck ^^

^^so you`re saying, the knife went through a bit of skin, and rather than the doctors taking out the knife and stitching up the skin, they figured "hey, lets take an X-Ray for the fun of it. Sir, would you mind waiting a while so we can prepare the X-Ray machine and move an appointment down to fit you in? It`ll be cool I swear." Face it, these are fake.

first of all..its a small ass knife compared to the rest of the neck..second of all..he got stabbed pretty deep;..the killer did not realize that the blade was enough to injured the person..so he decided to end it with the handle lol...third of all...if a person had a knife sticking out both of the sides of his neck..why would they x-ray that shit?

They don`t remove the knife incase it has gone through a major artery. The knife puts pressure on the broken blood vessels and slows down the bleeding. If it had punctured an artery and they romoved it the guy would bleed to death alot faster than he would if the knife was left in him. They x-ray him before removing the knife to see if there is any skeletal damage done or damage to the spinal chord, so if they have to re-build some of the skeleton they know where to do it.
