Makes a lot of sense from a driving point of view (less congestion on exit and entering ramps) Miami could use a couple of those, Miami is the greatest city on Earth but traffic sucks ass here.

over the summer, some beer delivery truck made too sharp of a turn and basically lost his entire load. Traffic was a pain in the ass, but apparently some people were able to get some free beer before the officials arrived on the scene.

In reality though, that loop thing isn`t too bad...it`s too big to notice any major shift in momentum.
