Its about necessary reactionary force. If they were being violent and beating or raping a neighbour ..go for it.

I read a lot about this case and I read a lot of comments from other websites, the majority of the people applaud his actions mainly because the two men killed were black. I understand we all need to stand up to crime but this is not the way to do, they were not on his property which voids the new Castle law that was passed in Texas. He was in no danger. He said he shot them in self defense, this can be easily shown false. A) There was three shots, two were in less then 5 seconds but the third was not in self defense seeing that it came at least 5 seconds after the first two. B) Both were shot dead, one was in his neighbors lawn, showing that they did not come toward him and the other was down the street running away. C) He is also heard saying move and I shoot you, which he did but not in self defense but because he wanted to kill someone that day. I am sorry but he should serve jail time. We have laws and if he killed two guys breaking into his house I would applaud him but this is not the case and he is a murder.

The two people shot were illegel aliens in a crime ring/gang. They have done many crimes in the past some violent. They went and did a crime and were shot. That is there fault! If they were not doing a crime they would be alive today. These were not little kids playing ball in the street. It was two violent criminals that did that for there lives. They took the risk of the crime and they payed for it.

Life Sentence. As noted, yeah they were bad guys doing bad things. The penalty for what they were doing is not death. He was not being directly threatened and he had no right to do what he did. Period.

^^ smooth i agree with you! also if they were put in jail then they would be just sucking more property taxes from us, and it could be self defense because he doesn`t want them coming to his house later. personally i would have done the same thing, if i see my neighbor getting robbed im doing to disable those fucks any way i could. now i have a rifle so i would have probably had 2 head shots, because once again i hate pieces of shit like that, that steal shit.
