those eggs were a little too creamy for my taste. but i like the idea of mixing it up all together while it cooks. I always mixed up before hand and just cooked it like normal. Gonna try his way next time. Maybe eggs for dinner hehe.

Crème fraîche is like sour cream but not as thick.. Ug too much butter, I love chef Ramsay and that looks tasty but eeek too much creme and butter to eat that more than once a month, lol.

I substitute yogurt for sour cream usually. I may try this tomorrow you guys can come over and try some.

nova 1999 DO NOT PUT YOGURT IN YOUR EGGS just a little word of advice, creme fraiche is nothing like yogurt. I`d say if you want to substitute the creme fraiche use small amounts of single cream.
