Uhh, I don`t know about you, but in order to do that you need arms 8 feet long......4 feet if you`re on the passenger side.

Seriously, if the cop wanted to taser someone that quickly then why bother asking for shit. Just walk up and say..."Surprise!!"....You`re gonna get sued either way.

Was anyone else hoping a car would hit him?

I was wondering what you guys think the punishment should be if film goes missing in a case like this and the officers actions cannot be confirmed. Remember the police hold the film. I think they should face far more than the offense they are being charged for.

5/5 that chick took the tazer like a champ, and she is still polite and calm afterwards. The cop on the other hand is a piece of crap. I don`t know if he is racist or not and people shouldnt jump to that conclusion by what transpired. A pig is a pig and power corrupts. If he is pissed off on thanksgiving then he is going to take it out on anybody in his path.

So they may not be all bad but if a good COP ever feels like doing something bad. They can be sure they won`t be punished if it is found out. Which is unlikely because Police back each other and know the law so they are able to lie better than the Mafia.

I am a 46 year old, mother of four...Last November 19, 2006, we were at a Arizona cardinals football game, we were season ticket holders..During excitment over a touch down, i accidentally dropped a pom-pom over the balcony..minutes later, i was tasered six times, had my head slammed face first into a brick wall and arrested..i have never been in trouble in my life...These jerks are getting "way out of control" with these tasers, and our goverment just lets them. Then together with their co-workers, they lie, and trump up as many charges as they can, This has got to stop!...It does NOT matter how old you are, if you are male or female, or the color of your sick..they have a NEW Toy, and itchy fingers..They cant wait to use it!

i`ve had a taser put to my head by police just because they can while i watching them billyclub my brother as he stood there with his hands up and they yelled "quit resisting" when he wasnt. We both ended up being charged with resisting arrest and assaulting an officer (which we didnt do). We had tons of witnesses on our side but there were multiple police offers at the scene with their cars parked on the backside of the building therefore no video footage. All of the cops on the scene lied and told the same story which screwed us. Once we got to jail the assaulting an officer charge was dropped so we decided we were going to fight these charges. The resisting arrest is a misdemeanor and the assistant district attorney told us that if we wanted to contest the charges, he would refile the charges in felony court with the assaulting an officer included. Naturally we just took the misdemeanor charge instead of risking a felony in our corrupt system.

The corruption runs through the entire law process and government for that matter. Its sad.

My brothers best friend was also shot and killed by a police officer a few months ago while sitting in a parked car in front of his buddies house to use his WIFI because his own internet was down. Thats another long story and that criminal case is still in progress.


p.s. i live in houston texas. As you can see in this video, Texas police suck except for state troopers who are strict, but at least they go by the book and are fair. These incidents are not few and far between either. Their are A LOT of corrupt cops.
