It`s a residential area epi. There are parks and skate parks for that shit. Skateboards are noisy as hell and so are kids. I`m 18 and I hate fucking 13 year old twats. Noisy and rambunctious as shit. Good beating will serve `em right.

and to the asshole thats like dude its a residential area i know they have skateparks. the closest skatepark to me is 30-40 minutes away....and either or maybe he WAS ON THE WAY TO THE SKATEPARK SINCE HE DOESNT HAVE A CAR!
