This was a good movie. It is about people with uniforms abusing their power. Happens more than you`d think. Sick prison guard in a position to make a difference using their power for nothing more than sadistic power trips. Happens with police beating people in jail cells and then, "losing," the film. Worst of all though a complacent population that will do nothing as long as it doesn`t hit too close to them.

This is an alright movie - i worked on it. I remember shooting this scene - the outside was in NYC but the inside of the bar was in Hoboken NJ. Ron E. and Brad P were both pretty cool guys.

This should happen to police who beat people in jail cells, and then fail to report it so the tapes will get erased. Also to Dog handler who walk through the bushes with vicious police dogs like they are on a drunken camping trip.

To all lying police YOU BETRAY OUR TRUST. To police. I understand you are not all like that, but the police culture enables cover-up and mis-information.

I love how this movie ends freakin awesome if you listen at the end it says its a true story even though the names have been change don`t know if it`s true or not....
