I agree that that is a disgusting practice. Anyone who`s taken a foodsafe course or the American equivalent should know that not only is that dirty and potentially harmful, it`s also very unprofessional. How you may wash your dishes at home varies greatly from how it should be done at a business establishment.

Nova got voted down for his comment but I think you misunderstand him. I think he saying its no surprise they caught this on tape... Thats what I was thinking when I watched. You`d be crazy to think housekeeping isn`t taking the unsanitary quick route when she cleans unsupervised. Sadly most of us would do the same.

alright lets get some things straight and that dumb ass they call a pathogen expert. Or what ever he is called; yes you could get all sorts of pathogens if you immune system was very weak from drugs and alcohol but in reality you wont. E coli and staff infection gimme a break; you would be much more likely to catch influenza. Just another example of the news media trying to get rating based on the climate of fear. Yes those Mexican women handled the situation improperly that is becuase they are overworked and under payed .. and fuck I don`t even like most Mexicans. Would you care about the sanitary conditions of your hotel when you get payed 6.10 to 8.20 an hour no sir you wouldn`t and neither would I. I am just glad they don`t take advantage of a turd in my glass.
