ALso, this guy could be bang on with everything he claims, but by skirting the question on if he believes the holocaust happened, he is showing himself to be a racist bigot, or at least an ignorant disgrace to the discipline of history.

I don`t understand the concept of asking someone if the holocaust happened..
I`m gonna look up "Holocaust denier" after writing this..
but even if someone were a racist, the holocaust still happened
to them it just wouldn`t be considered a "bad thing".

And if that`s the case, "Holocaust denier" is sort of the wrong term... That`s like asking someone if they`re an "America Denier" to find out if they like America or not.

Edit; Okay, I looked it up, and Holocaust Deniers are retarded. I don`t care if people agree or disagree with the killing of people, but claiming that it the Nazi`s didn`t exterminate as many Jews as they did, didn`t use gas chambers, and didn`t actually have a doctrine to kill Jews, when it is documented fact, from both sides of history. fucking tards.

^There`s quite a few "anti-violence" skinhead groups.
And I think those people are perfectly fit for society, as they aren`t a -real- harm to others, and are allowed their point of view (which in some skinhead groups generally is, don`t associate with other "races").

KKK members though, should certainly undergo rehabilitation, or be freely be offered programs to teach them the other side of the story.

Problem is, you`ll find many European scholars who have tried to look into this who are now in jail for just trying to discover the truth. In these countries people can debate the, "God" question, and not fear prosecution. But if you even try to investigate the Holocaust, there is a good chance you will find your self in a 9X9 Cell. This is real, and people better start asking themselves if the Governments are going to these lengths to stop inquiry into this trajic time, and if the, "Truth" is so evident, why then must these scholars be jailed? He has since recanted what he had said, but does he really deserve jail time, and if so, what does this say for, "Freedom Of Speech"? I may not agree with everything this man say`s, but I certainly stand behind his right to say it, so long as it does no physical harm to anyone. For once you deny one persons right to speak, no ones right is guaranteed.

I don`t agree with scholars being jailed (I`m in agreement with Chomsky on this one, a man who is as critical of Israel as he is of holocaust deniers, but believes everyone still deserves simple, basic freedom of expression).

However, I don`t think jailing holocaust deniers has anything to do with any cover-up. I think it has to do with the simple fact that most (maybe even all) holocaust deniers - at some point - get in bed with the fascists and Nazis. European governments that have (barely) lived through the nightmare of Nazi-ism go to great lengths (again, perhaps too great) to keep that demon at bay.

Make no mistake, "holocaust denial" is the dusted off, dressed up, decent face of fascism; those that deny the holocaust make a pretense of being objective scientists in order to mask the ugly implications of their "research". It is just as bad, if not worse, than the "intelligent design" flat-earthers who try to give a respectable front to their goal of sending the world back into the stone ages (in fact, david Duke is probably one of them, too).

Unfortunately, CNN and the american media are all too happy to conflate and confuse critics of Israel with whacko holocaust denying nut-jobs. I don`t think those nut-jobs should be imprisoned, but I don`t think we should waste our time giving them air-time and attention. There are too many *good* critics of Israel out there (again, like Chomsky or Norm Finklestein) who are ignored every time one of the kooks steals the lime light. Holocaust deniers actually *hurt* the cause of justice and play right into the nhands of AIPAC (which is why those like Wolf Blitzer are so eager to give them a platform).

As for klavlav thanks for nothing. Way to be a bigot. I`m sure you know all about Holocaust Deniers and have probably had long conversations with many of them and that’s how you come to the conclusion that they must all be fascists who are as dumb as people who think the world is flat. You’re a very credible source. Good point about American media giving these people so much air time too, you know like what we just watched where they are introduced as racist, fascist, and idiots. Yeah the media is really supporting those deniers.
Now that we explored your points a bit let’s look at what the caption for this video talks about, Zionists using money and the media to control the world. I like to start with childhood. One of the first real books I, and many others, read in school was The Diary of Ann Frank about the poor Jewish girl who out smarted the silly Nazi’s. Then a few years later, in middle school around the age of 12 we get to read Night by Eli Wiesel about the poor boy that lives in a Nazi prison camp and talks about all the dirty Nazi’s doing terrible things during the War. Then every year of high school in history class and in others we get to read and do projects about the Holocaust and watch movies about how mean Hitler was. All that and they also managed to ban Hitler’s book “My Struggle” from the entire country. If that’s not an abuse of the education system then I don’t know what is.
Then we grow up and get to watch the news, now we should really get a good view of things right? Oh, but 4 of the 5 largest media conglomerates are owned by Jews. Well shit, maybe we can look for some people who are out there doing research on the subject and trying to give a different view, unfortunately they are in jail.
I’m not saying whether or not it did happen and how harsh it really was but I do want to say that what the Jews are doing today is despicable and unforgivable. I’m tired of them forcing that small insignificant part of history down our throats and using it as an excuse to do the things they do.
Last I’d like to say that 23,000,000 Russians died in that war and they never told me that in 13 years of school.

I understand why the nazis exterminated the jews; they were slumhuggers. Jews then were alike to the niggers of today. But anti-semitism, anymore, just doesn`t make sense. I don`t agree with religion as a whole, but i`ve never had an exactly BAD experience with any jew, at least, one that wasn`t directly related to the person.

As far as zionism, it`s simple history of whether it should continue happening or not. I suggest you look up the original agreement, the one which palestinians agreed to. Make sure you check a number of sources, otherwise you might get the wrong idea...
