This "what smoking cigarettes does to you" videos are utter bullshit.

Why?

1. 60% of the cigarette is wasted, no one smokes like a vacuum.
2. Humans have mucus lining their throats and lungs, this is where the tar gets captured to be expelled later.
3. Who the fuck can smoke 400 cigs in a day? No one. Maybe 40, but definitely not 400.

Sure, 400 continuous smokes will make your lungs nasty if you smoke them like a hoover but seriously....get real.

I smoke, have been for 18 years. My lungs are as clear as they were when I was 12. Why? I`m not sedentary. I`m active. I rune 5 miles a day, I play football and tag with my kids, I DO things. And I drink a lot of water (critical for healthy lungs regardless of smoking or not).

So back the fuck off with this shit.

the average marijuana joint has 3 times as much tar in it than a cigarette, but Goddamn the joint is soooo much more fun to smoke, and actually is healthy for you in some aspects (if used safely, which is easy because its not addictive)

why the fuck would you smoke a cigarette? I`ve smoked tobacco maybe 4 times and it was terrible, tasted like shit, made my throat hurt and phlegm over, and just gave me a head ache. There is no high or anything. I think people start so that they can look cool and then eventually they just addicted to it. Dumb.

actually recent studies showed that weed is not as bad as they first thought. they found out that only 2 out of 5 people lost some brain cells, and it slowed down cancer cells in sick patients. in fact believe it or not, some asthma patients lost their asthma from smoking weed. of course it depends on the person and how he`s body reacts to it. 5 joints may be equivalent to a pack of cigarettes, but at least it doesn`t have all those other poison chemicals as cigarettes, so don`t listen to people next time who say weed is worser then cigarettes. stick with weed, just don`t smoke too much.

This isnt a very scintific video.
When you smoke, you breathe out most of what you breath in, It doesnt go though water, and in thei experimet the water is acting like a filter, catching all the tar. MOST of what you smoke you breathe out.
