It`s amazing such illness even exists, in this condition...
Apparently HPV is a common disease (my 2 minute research on google told me that) and it`s not manifested like this of course - this is some wild shit...

the reason he`s fucked up is because he also has genetic deformation leaving him more suceptible to fungi/warts. this is the warts, just really overgrown. he did get treated for it but i dont know if its 100% gone or not
