Sweet buddy. I listened to this album and always wondered what it looked like. Just it seemed some part were cut out. If you could post the full thing that would rock. Like the little interludes where he comments on the guards giving him a tin cup.

You know there was a great quote from "walk the line" Where an executive told Johnny, "Your fans are gospel folk, They are Christians, and they don`t want to hear you singing to a bunch of murderers and rapists trying to cheer them up" Then he shot back "Then I guess they aint Christians" 5/5 for a man who inspired hope and actually followed the words of Christ instead of perverting them like the politicians and televangists. There is more true Christianity displayed in this one song than all of Pat Robertsons sermons combined.

You know sometimes when I see all the stuff lobby groups do. I sometimes think what about those still behind bars, and why does noone help them. Johnny Cash supported the John Howard society, but even they now are not so much focused on helping the prisoners, as much as getting along with the prisoner administration.

Inmates look down upon people complaining even if they complain to make prison conditions better. Many people don`t understand this. The few that do launch proper complaints a lot of times don`t follow through with the. The complaint processes neither recognize or compensate for this. It is to bad when people try to keep the peace at any cost.

Keep these coming! I have the album and it`s just great how he and the inmates interact. By giving them respect and relating to their feelings he treats them as human beings. Those guys in there must have fed of that concert for years.
