It was Taekwondo. The kick was a 540 spinning heel or spinning hook, whichever you prefer. If you don`t practice Taekwondo, then you have no place making fun. A 540 is one of the hardest kicks in TKD to pull off and the guy did a pretty good job...other than missing the bag.
