A dramatic 911 call from the Pasadena man who allegedly shot and killed two men accused of burglarizing his neighbor has been released. The dispatcher tried to talk him out of it. Horn (the shooter) has not been arrested or charged with any crime. God Bless America

They didn`t, to say they ever have or would is complete speculation. Also very good chances they knew that the people were out of town, I don`t think they were Trick or Treating door to door with their tire irons champ..

The only justification for Joe`s actions would be the men drawing their own weapons, or charging him with the tire irons (Which they likely wouldn`t seeing as he had a shotgun). Now instead of running out and confronting them, he ran out pumped with adrenaline and shouted "YOU`RE DEAD" and shot them to death..

Oh and it`s obvious he had a specific agenda going in to it..

"You wanna make a bet?.. I`m gonna Kill em!"

His intentions were rather clear... However he will indeed get away with it, look where he lives :/

"Property is not worth shooting people over" This is not the issue is is the priciple of the matter. Chances are Mr. Horn will never be robbed nor will his nieghbors from this point on. Now, try to tell me that guns in the hands of law abiding citizens is wrong. Other then having an officer of the law stand on your front porch 24/7 there is no better deterent to crime then everybody knowing Mr. Horn has a gun and he will use it.

The criminals had left crime scene #1 and were confronted by a citizen with a shotgun. They could have run away(what a normal person would do) or they could have given up and yelled "Please don`t shoot!!"( what a normal person would do). But they(crazy) decided to attack a person armed with a shotgun, working on crime scene #2. This would be the one where the old man is shot in the back of the head as he lies on the ground after being beaten.
Some of you people highly under estimate the viciousness of criminals, and over value the lives of these damaged, and empty, humans.

So judging from the comments above, a large % of American`s support punishing crimes that "might" happen.
All of a sudden we see posts that because these two broke in and stole material items, they must also be rapists and murderers.
Hopefully an investigation will tell us if the men were shot in the front or the back so we do know if Horn`s life was actually in danger.

Regardless, Aids is right in stating that death as a punishment for stealing is a medieval punishment, supported only by the very types of governments you American`s like to feel so superior too over in the Middle East.

This incident will do nothing to stop crime. Criminals do not think they will get caught. If anything, any criminal buddies of theirs will now just make sure to get their own guns, and shoot first in case there is another Mr. Horn out there.

I will be the first to say, Yea America is Fucked up in its own right, George Bush has not done this country any kind of favor, sadly democracy failed and he was elected to a 2nd term,nothing the "people" can do about it until next election

Aids i do agree with ya on alot of points, but dont just go "America sucks" and all that shit. Its one of thw worst types of sterotypes and it shows how little many people know when they say something such as that.
