Someone wanted to compare the graphics obviously ...

Looks pretty similar besides the reflective surfaces and lighting in Galaxy. Not that there`s really any need for more detail. They tried to go with realism when they did the Mario movie and well ... look where that got them.

No they compare gameplay....it`s samething then gamecube. Many people doesn`t matter the gameplay of mario because: "Mario it`s only Mario".

I don`t get the mario craze, hardly any are even good, the older ones were better, but only slightly.

the wii doesnt need grafix to be good, it has the wii mote thats its basis. i still love the ps3. they are two different systems. if theres any comparisent made its only for the ps3 and 360.

and wii controls arent as nice as u`d think, obviously innovative, but not up to what i think they meant to have done. any shooter is impossible and fighting is meh at best. some games are still good but transferring some games to wii controls is just dumb. give me a gamecube controller for "Smash" anyday.

Wii was never ment to beat any system graphics wise just game play wise. All Wii games look like high end Gamecube games its the game play that sets it apart.
Nintendo refused to follow Sony and Micro$oft into their graphics wars.

Problem with the Wii is that other than its controler, its not a true next gen system. Imagine 3 or 4 years from now, it`ll be too out dated. Thats what the game programers have been complaining about, that Nintendo is selling there console like there handhelds, comin up with a new one every 2 years or so with only slight differences.

Plus don`t you guys think its a little sad, having to compare graphics between a 5 year old system and the there latest one... wouldn`t need to do that for the PS3 and PS2 or the Xbox and the 360

As for you n8dizzel4shizzel, PS3 is now $400, pretty cheap if you got a job.

wii doenst outmuscle it :P it just trained a little.. there are more postprocessing effects but thats it:) besides i dont care what console it is .. as long as the gameplay is superb it counts for me :) gfx are just a nice add :)
