Eh... I could care less about Ron Paul. I mean, the guy has interesting ideas, but getting rid of the board of education is kinda fucked up.

Also, half the liberals on the internet don`t know the difference between being a liberal and a being a libertarian. Ron Paul = Libertarian.

I`m not trying to change your opinion of Ron Paul, but please if you`re serious about him, please visit his official website and don`t buy into this internet hype about him being awesome. Read his agenda from his website and not from somewhere on youtube.

Unfortunately, i have to agree with praise jebus. I will vote in the primaries for Ron Paul and pray every day that he is not nominated, but it won`t happen. The media, liberal and conservative, is against Ron Paul. And why? because he will change things for the better. He will abolish the federal reserve system and the IRS and completely change the tax system. Media hates him because he refuses to kiss their ass and push what they want.

The NEA is a corrupt labor union. Plain and simple. It is a good thing to get rid of them. A member of my family is a teacher so hear me out. They make roughly $60,000 a year and only work 10 months. They have great pensions, pay very little for full health coverage and if they coach or do anything extra they are very well compensated. But I am always seeing on the news a teachers strike!! Teaching paychecks should be based on grades of your students and/or where you work. If you are willing to teach in a rough inner city, you should make more. The NEA is the same as the government. The bigger it is, the more corrupt it gets.

By he way, support HR 2117, sponsored by Ron Paul. The health freedom protection act. It will force the corrupt FDA to prove why a vitamin is harmful before it is banned. Ron Paul believes in taking care of yourself. Your money and health. And so should you.

The Dept. of Education is responsible for student federal loans as well. Now, I`m in college and I have the FAFSA. So, getting rid of the Dept. of Education would be a slight concern to me. Fine... get rid of the CIA, I could care less. They don`t affect me. Even some parts of Homeland Security.

Also another thing. Getting rid of Feds in the airports and having each Airline being responsible for the safety of the passengers as well as the Airline is a bad idea. One thing I know for sure, corporations have no morality/ethics. They don`t give a flying fuck about peeps traveling on airplanes. All they care about is profit. So, I`d trust the Feds on this one.

Don`t get me wrong. I`m all for down-sizing Govt. presence in the Private Sector. But, there are things that you don`t privatize because it`s for the public good and if you do privatize them, then you`re in deep shit because companies don`t care about public good, they care about profit. Hell, if I was a CEO of a corporation, I would give a rat`s ass about how John and Harry felt about the stuff that I did to make a profit.

Also, all you liberals going, YAY4RonPaul, btw, he`s Pro-Life and not Pro-Choice.

I`ll give it to the man, Ron Paul has some serious brass cohones. His ideas are appealing but you gotta really think through before you just start jabbering "RP `08".

Well, Ron Paul has some great ideas. Most of his positions are dead on. However, he`d fuck the country over in a different way. Our money would be worth more, our troops would be home, but we wouldn`t have minimum wage, worker`s comp, protection against bank fraud, or any of the New Deal protections.

But you know, it`ll be different than hearing the left whinge about the war and bush.
