Fuckin` amazing. Sucks though, we can never use the term `bird brain` as an insult again. :( These birds are a lot smarter than some humans.

Dude, i just read an article about a team of researches trying to train crows to pay for peanuts. They set up a machine that`ll dispense peanuts after a coin is dropped into a bin. It`s a cool idea if it works, but they are still testing it. You can read it here http://www.wireless.is/crows/?source=rss_feed

That adaption is amazing. I would love to see in a few hundred years how other animals modify their behavior to cope with or benefit from urban areas.

I bet a lot less dear will be hit by cars!

^ Or we could work to reduce our impact on the environment, oh wait, thats not going to happen. Maybe fish will evolve rocket ships so they can flee to another planet while we are on the topic.

And yet evolution is still seen as just a crack pot theory.

@ Acer_Vartan. The dolphins already left. So long, and thanks for all the fish.

Japanese crows are awesome. Way bigger than american ones too. I`ve seen them do some other really smart things like what looked like playing a kind of game where one holds a feather in his beak and doesn`t fly while others repeated fly at him to try to take it. Very cool.

Crows will also make a lot of sounds that most never hear. My roommate years ago swiped a young crow from a nest near our house and kept it in a large cage in the house. We named the crow Vincent. He clipped the wings and when they grew back the crow could fly freely outside around the house or where-ever he wanted. We would go to Tim Horton`s to get coffee and he`s fly just above and behind us the whole way. The girls in the drive through would give him a timbit at the window. He was a really cool pet. If I can find any of the video maybe I`ll upload it to show you how interactive they can be with humans.
PS I was not the abductor
