k im all for rap equality and all the shit ur saying thethiefstheme.... but plain and simple... FALL OUT BOY IS NOT ROCK!!!!.... they are in a genre that is called emo... meaning that they tried to be something along the line of punk... but were too gay to make the cut... so they bitched, cried and posted video diaries on youtube until they got their own genre...

Vyrtualdogg I`m truly shocked to see someone of your intelligence recommending "Hinder" to anyone. Hinder is garbage, it`s just another "Iiiiiii`ve got probleeems! Iiiii love to biiitch and make a raspy vooooice!" rock, it falls into the same category as Daughtry and Seether, it`s absolute shit. Just about everything else you`ve mentioned is respectable and decent, true artists.

lol, well they`re kinda pop-esk but I saw them in concert recently and they put on a pretty good show. As well, they actually sounded like they do on the radio, so that gets them points. And I like that "get stoned" song, "Cause the sex is so much better when you`re mad at me" haha.

Guitar Hero isn`t a bad thing but people need to remember its just a game. Too many people floating around the net these days thinking they are SRV because they can hit buttons on a plastic guitar. Pick up a real guitar, there is a lot more than just keeping a beat and matching colors, or pick up any instrument for that matter.

I see videos of young kids who spent the last 6 months mastering a single GH song ... wonder if they are half as good or spend a tenth as much time on their school work. Spend that much time on a real guitar every day and they would be the next SRV~ Wonder if a real guitar gave points and said "you rock!" as you played it, if more kids would pick it up? hmm

Also, a lot of songs didn`t become popular until they popped up on guitar hero or another spin off of the game.
