No wonder the majority of the people in power are usually 6 foot or taller. You can hear it in the crowds` laugh. They will generally always root for the stronger, or more opposing individual, be it in an election, or a fight. It`s just too bad that the people they stand behind usually turn out to be assholes. Hence the sucker punch given by the taller guy, after the other tried to end the ensuing fight by talking. The worst part is the people in power know this, and can use it to their advantage, by putting puppet Presidents/Wanna be Cowboy`s in as President. They know the general populace will eat it up everytime, and this will be our downfall...

K, fighting someone smaller than you for no reason is for pussies, BUT.. This was hardly a "fight". I`d like to know who started this superbout before making a decision on wether it`s justified. On one hand, he barely touched the guy, but if he was offering his hand, there shouldn`t have been a hit at all. However, if it were a finger he deserved that slap.
And if the little guy started the fight, and the bigger guy actually did try to walk away, then I say clock the mouthy prick.

Assuming that the littler guy started it (and "little man syndrome" is veeeery common in bars), I`m sick of shit like "you can`t touch him, he`s smaller". So does that mean he can get away with whatever he wants because of his size? Regardless of how innapropriate?? Well I`m bigger than most in the bar, so does that mean anyone can do or say anything to me and I should never defend myself? It`s total crap. Now I`m all for walking away, and I have no problem laughing off some dipshits attempts at insults or "tough guy" antics, but sometimes you really don`t have a choice. And I`m sick of seeing bigger guys stuck going to court to defend themselves because some sawed off little shit with a complex is trying to prove something to the world, or his wench.

I think it should have to do more with age. If you`re a full grown man and you talk shit, you`d better be able to back it up, PERIOD.

Now if it was the bigger guy starting it, and the little guy WAS trying to shake his hand.. Then the "big" guys a fucking douchebag and should be slapped for picking on smaller people.

I think you`re half wrong.. People absolutely LOVE the underdog to win. I`d bet you anything that if this tiny guy layed a massive "whoopin" on his opponent, the crowd would`ve gone crazy! If the big guy wins people think "well, that figures". But if the underdog overcomes, he`s a hero. THAT`S human nature
