^outwalk, no, outrun, maybe, but if you tweak it a little, you can go faster than any running man (as i am sure these police versions are).

But yes, find a taller sidewalk, or stairs and they`re pretty much f***ed cause they need to supervise the vehicle, one of those things would be an easy thing to steal...
