I wonder what sort of mental state edgar was in when he wrote most of his stories. Even madmen are known for their great stories, and excellent skills with the english language.

Remember the episode of simpsons where Lisa hides that new girls`s science fair project under the floorboards. Not to mention that the project was about this short story... Then she cracks... Man oh man, the simpsons used to be so damn good.
