I really didn`t find it that bad. Granted I realize the pain varies depending on where you get it done. Nevertheless, it`s not really in the category of an excruciating pain where you got to bitch and moan out loud...more so a constant semi-unpleasant sting you kind of numb to.

Though, with that said, I don`t have anything to intense like a full sleeve, and I`m sure it`d hurt like hell to have one put on my forehead or nuts.

I have a huge Chumash Indian tribal piece that stretches from my shoulder to my forearm, And a large phoenix on my upper back.

Neither of them Hurt at all.

Tattoos feel like an annoying pinching, buzzing sensation, then the area tends to go numb for awhile.

uncivic805^ Everyone is different!! I have both arms covered half of one leg, one on my chest and one on my back! NONE of them ever went numb!! I`m a skinny guy so any place i get ink it`s near bone when they get real close to bone it tickled a lot! NO i`m no stud it still hurt! The only time i ever made them STOP was when they went over my ankle it shook and tickled my whole leg bone(from the inside) i couldn`t stand it! Tattoos HURT it just how you take that kind of pain for me the most painful part is the end when they wipe the whole thing down with alcohol! And yes they are addictive!
