i love it how cnn got their fact straight and talk to the man, unlike fox who took his claim to literal. the man is suing god to show how stupid our court system is. one case i like to share with you is in Texas where a small boy was running around and tripped a lady causing her to break her leg she sued walmart and won she claimed that because the employs did not stop the small boy from running caused her leg to break but here is the best part the boy belong to the lady who broke her leg.

Most of the problems that this guy is suing "God" over, are actually caused by humans and their fucked up way of life.. But, he can`t sue the world now can he.. He`d have a better chance of suing Bush I reckon..

^Finally someone that is reasonable.
Plagues: caused by Europeans because they just had atrocious hygiene, and lived in extremely cramped cities.
God doesn`t go out and rape little girls, pedophiles do that. Got didn`t enact the patriot act and start the war in Iraq, Bush did that. So for this person to try and sue God is just outrageous.
Oh and Flynn_2006, who do u think will pay for that lawsuit against god even if the man does win? God definitely won`t drop off a truck load of cash to this douche bags house, the government will do that. So I`m guessing he does want to make things better, for himself.

Yeah, and the increase runs parallel to people`s growing lack of desire to think or do for themselves. We can all solve problems individually, in responsible ways, too. Pettiness vs actual Nobility seems to be the message I think.

Yea, when there are 2 days of teaching entitled "You will be sued." in my architecture program I think we`ve gone much too far, though construction and anything with high risk projects are rampant for ridiculous suites. Hell, the drafting shop I used to work for got a $20,000 lawsuit over the plan of a 900 sq ft. rambler, theres only so many ways to configure 5 rooms in a box, someone probably designed the same thing as you somewhere in the world, you just haven`t seen it.
