^I agree, I mean how the fuck do you tell walking from jogging from running? There are such subtle differences between them. Fuck, I could be the world speed walking champion by jogging but just say that I am really `walking fast`.

If you want a clear short answer: Running: push foot off ground forward. Walking: Pull Ground feet on ground forward.

While moving forward, The second your knees BEND signifies that you are running. ELse you`d colapse on the floor if you bent your knee if you were walking.

The main difference between speed walking and jogging (to the best of my knowledge) is that atleast one foot must stay incontact with the ground at all times.

If at any point both feet leave the ground then its considered running/joggin/sprinting/etc which leads to a disqualification of sorts.

There`s Probably more to it then that though
