The narrator referred to "heavy metals, including aluminum, . . . " Aluminum isn`t a heavy metal, but it would be interesting to see a video on aluminum`s link to Alzheimer`s. Many Southeast Asians cook almost exclusively with aluminum pots. That can`t be good for the brain, either.

I remember reading an article a while ago. From what I remember we as human can take up to certain amount mercury. It is only poisoning, when it is over the safe limit. The article was more about the rise of mercury level in fishes in the sea. And how it can affect us, but more importantly a pregnant person. The safe mercury level for fetus is almost "no mercury" at all. The article talked about abnormal growth and birth defects caused by the mercury exposure. So doctors in Australia were advised by researchers from CSIRO (AUS Government funded research facility), not to recommenced any products which contain high concentration of mercury, especially sea fish.

The video shows the degeneration of a snails brain. Chances are a snails brain is more vulnerable to mercury poisoning than a human. Plus we might have better antigen to fight mercury poisoning.
