There is NOTHING wrong with this!! they set out to rip someone off for THEIR knowlege of antiques (and it takes a very well trained eye to see the diff betweens something worth 4 $ or Quid and something worth $2000). maybe they will learn from their dishonesty.

I hope they didnt give them back their 60$. yet again the girl who talked on camera might need it for her teeth... oh wait shes Brittish, its too late

This is sort of a scam that you wouldn`t feel guilty for. The victoms are basically shooting themselves in the foot.

It isn`t very practical though. They probably had to do this ten times before someone was devious enough to drop what they`re doing and try to prempt his buy.

You just can`t expect to make money from items at places like garage sales and things like that, unless you know yourself the worth value of the item you should just pay what you think that the item is worth and not just what you think it could or overheard that it could be.
