uuh.... more mechanical failure than crash. crash woulda been something like... you know.... misjudging it`s ability to stop and reverse, and doing a nosedive into the dirt. That seemed to be more of a problem with whatever the hell they might have been talking about when the video started with the shims and stuff.... cause you can quite clearly hear something go *thud* just before it falls to the ground.

I don`t know much about these things, but don`t they have some kind of remote kill switch? I mean, he sees it on the ground, still going, wrecking itself even further; isn`t there a way to turn the fucking thing off and salvage what you can instead of making it worse?

Sometimes you can stop a "funky chicken" if your linkage is still hooked up to the carburator and it`s still responds to input.

Sometimes people try to keep it going for as long as they can for the fans.

Maybe one of the blades broke in flight. Looks like carbon fiber, and that`s brittle.
