The head tie, is a thick plastic that keeps the head scarf on, it is used occasionally as a weapon. You can see one of them whipping it.

If you ever get into a fight with an arab, keep an eye on his scarf, and make sure he doesn`t take out that head tie.

he said that they were muslims because they are muslim. They are wearing their traditional mosk clothing. if they were in their normal grabs it would be diffrent but they are clearly going somewhere to pray.
