If someone has something of mine (eg a receiver on loan) and it is destroyed lost or stolen it is NOT my responsibility. It it their`s. AT&T maybe arseholes but in this case they are right.

I hope every single poster in here one day owns and operates a business and something like this happens.

I hope to everything that is good that I am there when a similar situation comes up and you lose (let`s be generous to your side here) hundreds of dollars worth of equipment. I certainly believe that all of you will, with wide smiles and glazed eyes, accept the responsibility for the costs that are contracted to be protected by the user.

If equipment is destroyed, the renter/borrower is responsible. But smart borrowers have insurance to cover the costs of the damage.

This is called "HOW IT WORKS", people.
