The music sounds like it`s from a bad ancient old bugs bunny cartoon... It`s sad when i think about how they were experimenting with these bombs, but the video and sound quality are so horrible...
Gives us a clear view of where their priorities were

I don`t get it ... does nobody see this? the speaker talks like he is giving a recipe on how to cook a chicken or something... I am just glad that these "test" showed that these kind of bombs are of "low military interest" ... which makes you think on the other side ... they want more bang for their bucks right?
