so its set up? but these are all still open streets right? explain how this isnt as extremely dangerous to other people as street racing? sure hes good, but he could still kill someone. unless that was all a closed course and all those people were in on it... but i find that hard to believe

It was a demo thats why there are cameras. the path was pre planned by the driver. the chaser may not know where he will go.
