fucking pigs can do whatever they want now days, they can truly get away with murder...

not saying this case is murder...but my good friend recently got shot twice (hes only 17), one in each thigh...my other friend told the police so they could call medical attention, the cops were in a hurry until they read my friends record (hes just a kid so yeah hes going to make mistakes) and they stopped trying...they then sat there with him for about 30 minutes to the point where he almost died and had to get a blood transfusion...

police are judging and arresting not serving and protecting...

how come when police tell you to shut up they say "you have the right to remain silent"?...you also have the right to free speech...which ive seen when people dont obey the police telling them to "shut up" they get arrested on some bullshit charge...

alls that will probably come from this video is a suspension at most? so when does it stop for the police to violate your rights? if they can continue to abuse your rights and nothing comes from it except you being violated then say good bye to what our founding fathers fought for...

@IAmCanadian, thats exactly what im talking about, if you were a cop you`re job would not be to JUDGE AND ARREST, you SERVE, as in help, the Courts decide your punishment...my friend was not doing anything, some other kids were throwing rocks at a convience store window trying to break in and he wasn`t even paying attention, he was just standing around with some other people until the store owner came out and tried dumping the clip on him...

I saw this video on another sight and they said that the guy had a gun on him when they searched him. He said he had it because he received death threats about a news story he had previously done about "dirty dining". Personally, I KNOW what the cops did was wrong and against several laws, however, if you have a concealed weapon on you by a school, don`t pick a fight with a cop.

balancer you idiot, did you even hear what they said about the law. His handgun carry permit gives him the right to carry that handgun anywhere but inside the school. He was on the sidewalk! Besides that, why did he have to have a reason to have the pistol in the first place. When people ask me why I carry I just tell em` because I can and because it pisses them off. BLOW ME!

no fullauto223cal listen to it again. it says he can be within 1000 feet of the school and not inside. plus if u watch the end u can clearer see the reported being a douche bag and leaving and coming back more then 2 times. if u dont want to be arrested then just leave, or go to the other side of the street like the cops told you to. btw rybear4513 why was your friend shot? was he trying to steal something? and hell if he has a bad record i would leave him on the ground to die. we have enough dumbfucks in the world. one less will do us all good

See, what`s fucked up is... THIS VIDEO HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE GUN... yeah, a BS charge was pressed after the fact, hooray, the vid says clearly it was a lawful carry, and the cops are just trying to muddy the waters over the real issue, which is obviously working well, seeing as 90% of the comments here are, insanely, about the gun he was legally carrying.

The entire issue in the video is the cops arresting a reporter for doing a legal report on public property. That`s the ONLY issue. They should have never mentioned the gun at all.
