Who gives a fuck if Mel Gibson's house burns down. All these celbs are rich, ignorant fucks who will get all the money back from their insurance companies, unlike many of the people in New Orleans who lost everything. I do feel sorry however for all the regular people in south California who will also loose their homes/possessions.

I live in LA county and the sun has had a reddish tint to it all day today because of all the dust and ash in the air, and it`ll be like this for some time to come.

If you step outside of an air conditioned building you can smell the smoke and see some ash falling onto the ground, cars and everything else. You get used to the smell after max 30 seconds. From what I hear, it`s even worse in San Diego.

My cousin is a surgeon in San Diego and she tells use that most of the hospital staff are not at work since they`ve evacuated. She and some other people who stayed at the hospital only do the surgeries that are necessary for life, all other surgeries have been canceled.

i think katrina was way sadder..alot of people died there and had nowhere to go..some went to the dome but even that was horrible conditions..the people in california i heard evacuated in their fancy cars(katrina victims waded thru flood waters), they went to the stadium and had fancy meals(katrina victims didn`t get anything for days)..i still feel sad for the katrina victims, the people in california are just waiting to rebuild their fancy homes..

WTF is wrong with you assholes?? Seriously, many people are losing their homes, belongings, their god damned history, and all you can say is that its all rich poeple who have been effected??? Get a fukn clue dudes. This is not as bad as Katrina, its just better organized because it has been monitored for the last couple of days. They are able to better coordinate a mass evacuation because there was time to warn them.

Maybe one day your house will burn down and you will lose EVERYTHING you worked for. Then maybe you will hesitate to say such stupid bullshit such as "FUCK the rich". There are plenty of people there that have made their money and are NOT actors nor musicians.

The lot of you need to serioulsy grow up.

My condolences to those people who are losing Everything they worked for.
