this video is excellent, much better than his cosmo video.

it looked like he overpoured the bourbon though, but i dont think you`ll find anyone complaining about that :D

*edit* 1 little tip about bitters, if you work in a bar or a restraunt with a bar and you`re having some stomach problems or acid reflux, get the bartender to make you a small drink with 3-4 dashes of bitters and some soda water. it works like alka seltzer :)

I like these videos but I would like him to go into a little more depth on the ingredients; Like their history or why it is used. I mean, i do not even know what bitters are. Sure I could just go buy the stuff and not care, and just follow along like a mindless robot but i would prefer the knowledge.

The advice on the mixing motion is very good.

It really depends on preference, but you could also use 3 measures of bourbon. In fact, you might not choose to use bourbon, you could use Scotch or something else, there are lots of different variations on the recipie.

Angostura Bitters are a must-have for any home bar.
